Weekly 1:1 Supervision with an Senior SP with 20 years experience Structured Onboarding with a gradual increase of caseload over 3-6 months & workshadowing other SP's over your first 4 weeks. Paediatrics and Aged Care clients in both clinic and community settings Work Flexibility: work with the admin team to set your ideal calendar seeing clients across homes, schools, childcare centres, and the clinic. Varied caseload: developmental delays, neurodiversity, genetic conditions, swallowing, mealtime plans, non-verbal communication, and more Industry Low KPI's of 4.1 billable hours per day Weekly 1:1 Supervision with an Senior SP with 20 years experience Career Growth Pathways with the option to mentor others or lead service initiatives Fortnightly Multidisciplinary Training recieve additional support with your caseload Structured Onboarding: Your first two weeks, you'll go through policies, systems and have opportunities to work shadow your colleagues.
